Forging ahead---

:) Hello !
Ok, i'll change that in 1.93.5
• Thank you. Forging ahead, please could you try to fix up the following bug and lacunaæ :

1. Like it's shown HERE, one can set a button to start a programme.
- But the info-text (info-bulle) can't be chosen, we miss a field to enter it.
Hence, we have only the EXE name which often is not meaningful. :(

2. For the Browser bar, the classic CD Drive\directory\ command doesn't work.
Call Directory is a basic command in Windows, i.e. it works with buttons in TC for ages.
- In the Browser at least, I guess it could be very useful for a very used folder instead to open the Favourite list each time…

3. Like shown also on the above mentioned Manual page, the size of the non-standard icons in the preview is wrong.

4. And of course, the last but not the least, the list of the allowed commands is a mast in the b** to use !
- It should be extremely important to think to a good feature like THIS PROPOSAL to which you never answered… :|

• TIA to consider this !

Sorting the icons via D & D is not supported still :( , it is in TC :) .

:) Hello Paul !

• Thank you to remind this, it has been requested a looong while ago…
• And also :
The Manual wrote
The icons contained inside Multi-page files *.ICO - *.TIFF - *.DCX are not supported currently.
- IMHO, at least the multi-page *.ICO might work… Image

:) Good morning,

BUMP ! …

• Please, could you consider the wishes in the Paul and I's messages above,
especially the support of the CD… command to set a button for the browser tool-bar ?
- In fact, the button is displayed alright, but nothing happens… :(
I'ld expect to get the directory in the thumb nails board at least…

TIA !

Odd Win ICO support…

:) Good afternoon,
…Ok, i'll check how to make
• Thank you ! It shouldn't be that difficult, I guess, it's just an old good DOS command ;)

• About using multi-page *.ICO, I noticed that they are always supported by Win when embedded in an EXE or similar,
but not when chosen “as is” as a standalone file in a folder…
• However, on one hand, XnView is able to display them, we can browse the pages,
and on the other hand, it's also able to create such files, so I wonder that it isn't usable to set icons in the tool-bars… Image

• About using multi-page *.ICO…
- It's indeed incoherent, maybe it doesn't need a big effort to support them for buttons too ? Image
