"Single - DPI" use the dpi of picture and the dpi of the printer

If the file has a resolution, e.g. 2000 pixel total with 400 DPI, and the printer has 600 DPI - will it be. ...
2000/400 = 5 inch?
or
2000/600= 3,33 inch?
