Change timestamp bug in sort by "name (numeric)"...

it now works correctly for "name (numeric)", but "name" is now broken. the situation is reversed. can it be fixed so both work correctly?

doing the same thing below now works correctly for sort by "name numeric". but for doing the same thing for the regular sort by "name", it has the problem.

here are screenshots. first is sorted by "name numeric" and second is by "date". this was after a change timestamp applied to all at once and they're supposed to be sorted the same in both screenshots, but notice they're not because of the bug...
