Maybe it is already discussed, but using the buttons for files associations (Menu Options) set the associations immediately. The "Cancel button" does not cancel these settings - and this can cause bad surprises

In German translation it is translated with "None" which seem to be correct. IMHO there is no "Restoring", but there is an "unselecting of all". This is not a solution for a user who is playing around, pressing any button in the options and thinks "No problem, I will not press OK".
Or is it really a "restoring"? Then the German translation and the behaviour of the selection is confusing ....
