How can I use the templates?

Hi

I'm a new XnView user, and I think is amazing nd very good tool.
I have a request. Can I change the toolbar color like the thumbail and preview? I see this option in XnViewMP, for a dark theme and is very cool. How can I do it in XnView Win?
