Settings - Formats (Saving Read Write tabs)
rework Formats group to enhance UI/UX
Suggestion It is better to use list/table control rather than tabs for formats' settings

- change format tabs to list

- add Gear(or Wrench) icon to indicate that format has Options(settings)
- Read Write tabs
- move to Saving tab

- add Read column - just to show supported formats and separate Read/Write logic
- add Write column - old Saving checkboxes
- add Gear(or Wrench) icon to indicate that format has Options(settings)
- add 'Show all graphic formats checkbox' from General > General tab
- move 'Show most used formats on top of formats list in 'Save as..' dialog' to General > File operations
- (optional) add Filter
- Read Write tabs
- move to Saving tab
