Settings - presets
presets functionality is not consistent throughout the app


Suggestion

• unify UI
  - add Presets dropdown in the top-right corner
  - remove Defaults, Save, Load buttons

• unify storage
  - remove default.key, default.bar files
  - use single file for all presets to simplify management/versioning (in .ini/.json, do not use .xml)
  • Settings
    - Toolbar, Context menu, Shortcuts, Metadata
    - Info, Tooltip
  • Tools
    - size presets (Selection, Print, Resize, grid, etc)
