BMP and ICO files cannot be opened directly from Explorer
When you set BMP and ICO files to open with XnView MP and open files, you get empty XnView window.
Example XnView MP 0.76.1 64-bit (empty window when opened)
http://webmshare.com/vAy8W
Although Drag & Drop to XnView window works.
Example IrfanView 4.41 32-bit (works)

Keyboard shortcut for Quit (Application)
Many programs have Alt + X for quitting application.
I checked Settings > Interface > Shortcuts and I couldn't find Quit.
Please add Quit and let us change Quit keyboard shortcut.

XnView MP is ridiculously well featured to the extent it opens .fits files! nice.
I do have a request to make concerning the rotate tool in the edit mode. It would be nice to have a live preview of the rotation when you adjust the image angle, having to input an angle and okay the change without ...

certain PNGs cannot be saved
I have a PNG image with an embedded ICC profile produced by GhostScript from a PDF page. If you try to (re)save it, it will just get truncated with "Error writing the file" message.
I'm using latest 2.25, 2.22 had the same issue.

Re: 0.68 - 64bit: Search feature bugs/problems
XnView MP tries to cache all files/thumbs and it eats all memory available which for the 32bit version is only 2GB. Same happens for x64 but at a greater limit. Note: actually the memory usage will show you something @ 1.6 GB because 0.4-0.2 GB are other (shared?) data structures, memory areas etc ...
