If using function fit width by keybord (Numpad 1) the picture shold be centered. By using Numpad 1 from fit windows or zoom out views, picture appears in top position, from zoom in views picture appears in bottom position. This happens in both fullscreen or windows view. Function Fit width by menue works correctly, picture appears centered.

Werner, please check your settings for Auto Image Size & Reset X/Y (Tools » Options... » View » View) and Lock Zoom (View menu in View mode).
