I didn't see that there was a .txt file in my folder from which I selected some .jpg files to create a PDF file with the great multi-page feature.

As I want to start creating the PDF, xnview crashed.


BTW: Would be nice if I could add .txt files as text in the PDF file.

"Create" Button should be disabled as long as there are no entries in listbox.

If output file already exists, it overwrites it without any comment!

There should be at least a warning message if output file already exists.

While writing output file, xnview is instable and the whole system is blocked.
I can't open windows explorer or any ...

I wonder, because I didn't enter any directory into the field "Directory".. but it created a PDF file anyway.
But where does it save it?

I think instead of adding more and more options, it would be better to remove really unnecessary options.

So the whole options dialog will be cleaner.


But at the moment I don't know which options could be removed... has somebody of you some suggestions?

There are too many options on page General -> Operations

Can you please divide that page into two tabs?

e.g. "Operations" and "Startup"

How can I set the whitepoint ?

Which settings are the best, that means the best compromise between filesize and quality of pages which are captured by a digital camera or scanner?

How small can I get it without any disturbing blocks?

I can enter numbers bigger than 9 in that compression ratio field... but it's only possible to select compression levels from 0 to 9 with that 2 arrows on the right side.

There's no warning or anything else if I type any number, e.g. 20 in that field. It saves the PNG file ...


Is that a bug ?

If you look into the field "title" in document properties in adobe reader or foxitreader, it shows the path without backslashes and some other characters.

e.g. it shows that:

C:okumente und EinstellungendminesktopMG_2346.pdf

But it should show:

C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\admin\Desktop ...
