Re: Draw tool – Bold text not available for large font sizes
It happens with all the fonts and on decktop and on laptop Very strange, which Linux 0.98.1 download are you using, not the FlatPak which actually still downloads 0.93.1, as far as I know? Update: No problem in 0.93.1 AppImage. Very strange, I can only suggest that you download the attached file, r...

I think Pierre may need the original image, best to put both normal and dark JPEGs in a ZIP and attach it, if that is possible...
I downloaded both of the posted thumbnails when they were first posted, and couldn't see any difference in the properties, although I might have missed something.

Re: How can one rotate an image by any angle?

It looks as if you are in fullscreen, you would need to exit that using F11 or Escape. In the viewer d...

Re: Extracting metadata info
I would appreciate some help in extracting parts of the metadata embedded in jpg-files, adding them into a banner underneath the picture. I need to add data like "year when picture taken", "image name without extension", "location", "city", "country", "keywords". In order to keep this easy to read ...

Re: Display JPEG quality / compression level in info box
And in the above case, in File > Format settings... the 'use estimated quality' setting was the same for both tabs, unchecked in my test. If checked, do you have always the problem? Changing the 'use estimated quality' setting doesn't change the displayed information in either the tab in which it i...

Re: Display JPEG quality / compression level in info box
One small detail I can report following some tests on another computer is that it is possible to have two tabs open, in one of which 'estimated quality' is displayed and in the other it isn't... Maybe an insight for Pierre, different versions of code, or code that includes a variable? It seems that ...
