When running under windows server 2003 I get this error:

Hmm, I'm not quite sure on this one. Doesn't "Tile Horizontally" mean that the tiled windows are aligned horizontally?

I know of one Microsoft application that uses these terms, so I'll simply check and post here.

Congratulations and thank you, Pierre, for this new version!

Think the 1.74 has really some nice features, I really like the "EXIF auto orientation".

J'utilise la 1.70.4 (la dernière)

En fait je veins de m'apercevoir que pour chaque fichier toto.jpg sur lequel j'ai voulu aujourd'hui faire une rotation, j'ai un fichier toto.jp_ qui s'est créé.

Jusqu'à maintenant les rotations sans perte se passaient sans problème.
Peut-être les fichiers sont ...

Perhaps your two installations of XnView are mixed (1.61 and 1.70), and cause the toolbar skins not to appear. As you write, you used the ZIP archive for both versions of XnView. Did you unpack into the same directory or did you use separate directories?

thank you, Dany, for the info on the current folder and the status bar and for the English screenshot.

In the browser, the statusbar is pretty full, already. Not sure whether the space left is enough for description, especially for longer ones.
