It is related to this previous thread. If there is no more support for adding HQ beyond screen size in Browser's fullscreen, I would suggest to leave it as it is now...

Re: Restrict next/prev to only associated files types?
And I would like to skip past those unassociated file types when I navigate through images in fullscreen, etc. I think this could be part of a dedicated 'Navigation list', which has been on stand-by so far, as explained here . The issue is that in a previous implementation, non-corresponding ...

Re: EXIF orientated thumbnails are smaller than they should
XnView would then delete such thumbnails when user changes 'EXIF orientation' setting (which is not supposed to happen regularly). Another solution could be to store a rotation flag on thumbnail creation and compare it against current 'EXIF Orientation' setting on display (and recreate if different ...

"Use ICC Embedded Profile (JPEG/TIFF) - Very slow" > "Use Embedded ICC Profile ..." Your suggestion looks better. Do you think the word "Embedded" adds much to the understanding of the function? ICC profile is the right technical term. "Embedded" makes it clear that it's the embedded ICC profile ...

So you may like this suggestion for Customizable info in status bar. I still support it for a future version, for the very reasons already mentionned: no space used, not blocking and instantaneous.

EXIF orientated thumbnails are smaller than they should
I just noticed that EXIF orientated thumbnails (ie: taken in portrait) are smaller than they should, because their longer dimensions have to fit both X and Y (they are stored not turned, and must fit both Portrait and Landscape) .
Isn't it possible to directly create and store thumbnails with the ...

But I think a single submenu with both "5 - Excellent", "4 - Good", "3 - Average", "2 - Below average", "1 - Bad" 5 is blue, and 1 is red, right? The colors depend on the skin used, right? (on my Mezich, 5 is purple and 1 is red) .

I have another idea, but you may not like it:
- remove that 'color label' feature entirely.
- add the possibility to specify user-settable Icons, colours of Text&Borders... directly to categories (and you create 'Important', 'Work'... whatever you need and the way you like it).
