I see: you use copy/paste while I use drag'n drop.
Would selecting the new folder (with mouse) be a real drawback? (if so, it would be worth considering your suggestion as an option)

I agree with Nelson, as explained in the other thread (+nobody replied for more than 1 year), and see this as a bug.

Moreover, I routinely need this feature for my own photos... :(

I think the active area to select handles should apply along the whole selection lines instead of a few pixel (ie: active width would be the same, but active length would be 100%, based on the nearest handle).

In browser mode: click on an folder (here called a), then right click on an other directory of your choice (here called b), select new folder (to create a new subfolder of b), type in a name for it (e.g. "c") and press Enter =>you are not in c, but in a. Ok, so for me it's the normal behaviour, but...

Maybe what's needed is a sort of intelligent reopen - if the image has been edited and unsaved, then it'll open a new tab, whereas normally it'd just take you back to the old tab. After all, editing is the place where you might want several copies open, and it makes for a reasonably convenient meth...

Why not use the 'Tag' column? (you would click on it to Tag/untag files just like the Tag box). I actually expected it to work like that and tried clicking on it... :)
