• add support for more formats

Q: Shouldn't we prevent deleting copyrights in images?

This dialog should be as simple as possible and delete ALL metadata.
Because copyright data is no more important than any other metadata field. Today one user will ask to add settings to keep field A from deletion, the next day another one will ask to keep field B, and so on, resulting in overcomplicated dialog.

There shall be another instrument for editing/deleting any metadata field(s) for single file or in batch.

100% agreed on all points.
I don't understand why the dialogs are different in different places. It looks like an oversight/bug. For a long time I thought XnView MP doesn't even support lossless metadata removal, because I mostly use the Viewer mode, which makes you re-encode and re-save after removal.
