I can't download it in Vivaldi and Chrome too. This is the message I get in the Dev Console:

Mixed Content: The site at 'https://newsgroup.xnview.com/' was loaded over a secure connection, but the file at 'https://download.xnview.com/XnViewMP-win-x64.exe' was redirected through an insecure connection. This file should be served over HTTPS. This download has been blocked. See https://blog.chromium.org/2020/02/prote ... ecure.html for more details.

However, it still works in Firefox.

Yeah maybe it's just us But I would have thought it was a simple copy and paste of what's above to update the changelog on the server. Hardly time consuming. Still, at least there's somewhere we come to see it at all. I've had apps where the changelog only ever goes up to the previous version so you never know what's 'changed'.
